We finalized the trip very close to the travel dates. But from the get go, Hassan (contact person who organized the tour) was very responsive and he maintained that throughout our trip. He addressed all the concerns quickly and got back in short time. One example is we had a 4 year old and he managed to provide a proper car seat in short time (by default, a booster seat was arranged).
