Your Day Trip to Ouarzazate and Ait Ben Haddou begins with an early morning pick-up at 8:00 am from your accommodation in Marrakech. Your driver/guide will take you on a journey to Ouarzazate, often referred to as the “Gate of the Desert.” Along the way, we’ll make a stop in the village of Ait Berka, located at the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains. From there, we’ll continue our ascent to the summit of Tizi N’Tichka, standing at 2,260 meters above sea level. Here, you’ll be treated to breathtaking landscapes and panoramic views of the High Atlas Mountains, the highest mountain range in Morocco.

Next, we’ll visit the historic Telouet Kasbah, also known as the Glaoui Kasbah, before heading to the iconic Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. This ancient fortress is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has served as the backdrop for numerous famous films, including *Asterix and Obelix: Mission Cleopatra*, *Lawrence of Arabia*, *Gladiator*, and the popular TV series *Game of Thrones*. You’ll enjoy a traditional Moroccan lunch in the Kasbah before continuing to the city of Ouarzazate.

In Ouarzazate, we’ll stop to explore the renowned film studios and the impressive Taourirt Kasbah. Finally, as the day comes to an end, we’ll make our way back to Marrakech, where your driver will drop you off at your accommodation in the afternoon, concluding your memorable day trip.
