Your Day trip to The Middle Atlas From Fez begins with a pick-up from your accommodation in Fes. We’ll drive south, passing through the quaint town of Immouzer Kandar, before stopping at the stunning Daiet Aoua Lake to admire its scenic surroundings. Next, we’ll visit Ifrane, known for its chilly weather, snow, and alpine-style architecture, earning it the nickname “the Switzerland of Morocco.” Afterward, we’ll head to Azrou to explore the cedar forest, home to the playful Barbary macaques—feel free to feed them as you wander through the trees.
Finally, we’ll return to Fes. Depending on time, we may include additional stops along the way.
